After choosing your intake date above, prepare the following package and mail or deliver it to your preferred campus.

Print and complete your enrolment contract — download the correct one for your campus below

Print and complete our administrative and operational policies document — initial each page and sign the last page

Include a scan or photocopy of your driver's license or government-issued photo ID

Include a cheque for $1,250 made out to Statik The Salon Inc.
$1,000 deposit (applied to your total fees) + $250 non-refundable registration fee. This is part of your total contract cost, not in addition to it.
